Since 1989 - I've been
working in the Title Insurance
industry. In 1989 I made the
switch from the Mortgage side
over to the Title end
of the Real Estate business,
which has been very rewarding
for me. I worked for Landmark Title (now known as
Market Street Settlement
Group) as an Account Manager from 1989 to 2000
handling processing and closings for Lenders and Real Estate Agent all
over New Hampshire.
2000 to
2007 - Employed by
Hubbard and Quinn Title and
Closing Services, LLC in
Bedford, NH as a Customer
Service, Closing and Marketing
Associate. In this
capacity, I supported our
processing staff with title
resolution, post closing,
processing and formatting
closing forms on the AIM for
Windows platform. I also
performed closings, and worked side
by side with REALTORS®,
Lenders, Mortgage Brokers and
Builders to provide the best
overall customer service to
their customer.
2007 to Present -Owner and Manager
of
Title New Hampshire, LLC located
in Bedford and Nashua, New Hampshire. I strive to be proactive,
patient and kind realizing that while Buying or Selling a home is a very
exciting time, it is also a stressful time. There are many details
parties must attend to and there can be many emotions when dealing with
one of the biggest investments people make in their lifetime. The
most rewarding part of my job is the actual closing. where I get
to finally meet the people I've been working so closely with and see
their excitement as they receive the keys to their new home.
COMPUTER
EXPERIENCE: I am
proficient in Windows 2003
products such as MS Word, Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint, and Front
Page, and the Adobe
Creative Suite. I also have extensive experience with Real Estate
related software such as AIM/AIM for windows, Wintitle, E-Closing, and Standard conveyancer.
